Amy Knight is the Digital Participation and Content Manager for Shout Out Loud, English Heritage’s national youth engagement project.
She has a background in social marketing, raising awareness of and changing attitudes towards a number of social issues.
A Digital placement holder, will be joining Amy to discuss why working with your audience is the best way to engage them and how their placement at English Heritage has benefited them.

It’s incredibly difficult to grab the digital attention of ‘young people’, and arguably even harder to sustain this attention, but young people are also the most amazing advocates for what they believe in.
